Healings and miracles were unmistakable parts of Jesus’ ministry, and they are available to us today. God is sovereign, and He decides if and when He will supernaturally intervene in our lives—but the Bible tells us we are welcome to come before God's throne and ask Him to accomplish what seems impossible to us.
