Jesus’ desire for His followers is to be clothed with the power of the Holy Spirit, which brings transformation. The clear invitation of Scripture to us is that we open our hearts to the power of the Holy Spirit. His power in our lives equips us to live holy before God and to be effective witnesses for the Gospel of Christ.
